Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended, and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates
- Ontario & Quebec: $8 standard shipping, FREE on orders $60+. Express: $18.
- Rest of Canada: $15 standard shipping, FREE on orders $99+. Express: $28.
- United States: $25 standard shipping, FREE on orders $200+. Express: $35.
- International: calculated at checkout.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
Canadian Orders
Orders within Canada typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 business days for your order to arrive. Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

Unique Skin Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched.
