Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skincare. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Quick summary

  • Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded, and we pay the shipping
  • Opened or used skincare can't be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons

Changed your mind?
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery if it is:

  • Unused and unopened, with the seal intact
  • In its original packaging

Email us first to start your return (see below). Please don't send items back without contacting us, because we can't process returns we weren't expecting.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and the packaging

We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't pay any return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm your refund.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take 3–7 business days to appear.
  • Original shipping fees aren't refundable, unless the problem was our mistake.

Return shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping.
  • We recommend a tracked service. We can't be responsible for returns lost in the mail.

What can't be returned

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Free gifts and samples
  • Gift cards

Worried about a reaction?
Everyone's skin is different, so we recommend a patch test before using any new product. If you're not sure a product is right for you, message us before you open it. We're happy to help you choose.
