Welcome to Unique Skin Care (uniqueskincare.org). These Terms of Service apply when you browse or buy from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using Our Store

  • By using this website, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or that you're using it with a parent or guardian's permission.
  • You agree to give accurate information when placing an order or creating an account, and to keep your account password private.
  • We may refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.

2. Our Products

  • We sell authentic Korean skincare products sourced from trusted suppliers.
  • We work hard to keep product descriptions, ingredients, images and prices accurate. However, brands sometimes update packaging or formulas, and product photos may look slightly different from the item you receive. Always check the ingredient list on the packaging before use.
  • We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Not Medical Advice
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Information on our website, social media or in messages from us is for general information. It is not medical advice, and it is not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any skin condition. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please talk to a healthcare professional before trying new products.

4. Patch Testing and Skin Reactions
Everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test before using any new product, and following the directions and warnings on the packaging. Stop using any product that causes irritation. Because opened products can't be resold, our Return & Exchange Policy applies to products that caused a reaction.

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless you choose another currency at checkout.
  • Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Orders and Pricing Errors

  • Your order confirmation email means we've received your order. It doesn't guarantee we can fill it.
  • If a product is out of stock, or a price or description is clearly wrong (for example, a technical error lists a product far below its real price), we may cancel the order. If we cancel, we'll contact you and give you a full refund.

7. Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can't be exchanged for cash.
  • First-order offers are valid for new customers only, one per customer.
  • Free gifts are while supplies last and can't be exchanged or returned.
  • We may end or change a promotion at any time. This does not affect orders already placed.

8. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. Rates and free-shipping thresholds are listed in our Shipping Policy. Once your package is delivered to the address you provided, it is your responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Reviews and Content You Share
If you post a review, photo or comment on our website or tag us on social media, you confirm it is honest, about your own experience, and that you own the content. You allow us to display it on our website and social media, crediting you where possible. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or breaks these terms. We never post fake reviews.

11. Intellectual Property
Our logo, website design, original photos and text belong to Unique Skin Care and may not be copied without permission. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to other websites, such as brand sites or social media. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unique Skin Care is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your province, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another province, you also keep the protections of your local consumer laws.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The terms that apply to your order are the ones posted when you placed it.

16. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
